Arcade's Bright Data toolkit enables web search, full-page scraping, and structured data extraction at scale across major platforms, without bot-blocking interference.

Capabilities

  • Structured extraction from major platforms: Pull typed records from Amazon (products, reviews), LinkedIn (people, companies), Instagram (profiles, posts, reels, comments), Facebook (posts, marketplace listings, company reviews), X (posts), ZoomInfo (company profiles), Zillow (property listings), Booking.com (hotel listings), and YouTube (videos).
  • General-purpose web scraping: Fetch any public webpage and receive its content rendered as Markdown for downstream processing.
  • Multi-engine web search: Query Google, Bing, or Yandex with control over result count, search type (e.g., images), and country targeting.

Secrets

This toolkit requires two secrets configured in your Arcade environment.

  • BRIGHTDATA_API_KEY: Your Bright Data account API key. Obtain it from the Bright Data dashboard under Account Settings → API Tokens. The key authenticates all requests to Bright Data's APIs. See Bright Data API documentation for details.

  • BRIGHTDATA_ZONE: The name of a Bright Data zone (a proxy/scraping configuration) associated with your account. Zones define the scraping infrastructure (e.g., residential proxies, datacenter proxies) used for requests. Create and name a zone in the Bright Data control panel under Proxies & Scraping Infrastructure, then provide that zone name here.

Configure secrets at https://docs.arcade.dev/en/guides/create-tools/tool-basics/create-tool-secrets or via the Arcade dashboard at https://api.arcade.dev/dashboard/auth/secrets.
